I have compiled some of the projects I have worked on below.
3D Perspectives
Some clients and local governments like to have that visual image of their build before committing to plans.
I am able to read floor plans and elevations and create 3D images to give clients a basic visual of the project in 3D.
I have completed several perspectives for clients over the past six months. If you are wanting a visual of an extension, modification or new build and have plans available then please contact me to see if I can create a visual for you or your client.
Project Design
Working in local government in the area of community development and project management, I have had the opportunity to be involved in some wonderful community projects from taking an idea, doing the research to plan the project, developing a budget, seeking the funding through to delivering the project. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing an idea come to life.

Drafting
Currently completing Certificate IV in Residential Drafting. Here is some of my assessment work so far using Revit software.
Training will be completed late 2023 so watch this space for updates on the availability of drafting services.
